Overall, I am very happy with Capital One. I have an Interest Plus Online savings account
as well as a credit card with them. I have found them to be very convenient with the 24
hour access to the online banking. I also find it convenient to be able to link my capital
one savings accounts with my other accounts at other banks. It is secure and it makes it
very easy for me to transfer funds into and out of my account. All of the Customer Service
agents I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. Another plus is the interest
rate. The rate that they are providing me with definitely beats any of the banks in my
area. I am happy that I opened my account with them and would recommend to friends and
family to do the same.
