I have been completely satisfied with the terms of accounts and customer service. A
friend told me about this bank and she is a CPA so I was really interested. I found the
same satisfaction that she did. When I opened the account I was immediately helped as soon
as I walked in the door. I do not live in Little Rock so did not want to drive an hour
just to activate my debit card - I phoned the bank to ask them if I could activate
anywhere else - the teller activated it for me over the phone which was a great help. The
interest rate is very competitive and I would have no hesitation recommending this bank to
a friend.
