I Just recently switched to Hunt Insurance from a big name provider. The difference has
been quite large. We recently had someone hit and run their car into the yard of our house
and caused some major damage. Hunt Insurance was very prompt in sending over someone to
get an estimate. They were very sympathetic, warm and genuinely seemed to care about
getting this taken care of for us in a timely matter. Within a couple days the required
work needed to the house and yard was finished. What more could one ask for from their
insurance provider. Highly recommend Hunt Insurance if you’re tired of the runaround
from your big name providers.
Hunt Insurance Agency is a really great insurance company. They have helped my husband and
me out in our time of need and we were so grateful. They have great policies, which seem
to be in place to protect other clients and themselves. When we first built our house, we
were really happy because this was our dream home, and we had been saving for a long time
to be able to get exactly what we wanted. Less than 18 months later, our basement flooded
severely due to a horrible storm, and the basement walls were ruined, along with our
furnace and some furniture in storage. We contacted them immediately, and were so grateful
at their dedication to quality service and their ability to take care of their customers'
needs. We would recommend them to anyone who wanted very acceptable coverage for a good

It's been two years now since I switched to the Hunt Insurance Agency and so far it's been
a pleasure, completely unlike my experiences with the other two insurance companies I
left. The best part of the Hunt Insurance Agency is their communication – they do not
misinform nor do they shy away from revealing things that might be unpleasant. They tell
all and offer solutions for the less desirable facts. They seriously care about the home
owners and sympathize with all their concerns, which I appreciate very much. They are real
people and treat their customers as such! When I had a fire in my home, they responded
very quickly and sympathetically with solutions that ended up being very helpful. They
were there for me, and I never felt like I had to go through the reconstruction alone.

I had the extreme pleasure of using this company for health insurance for a couple of
years back when I lived with my grandma in Connecticut. It was the typical "had a friend
who knew somebody who knew someone" who worked there, and this lady, I forget her name
now, was just crazy super good with people. She was helpful and professional, as well as
friendly, and answered all my questions. I can't say too much about the Problem
Resolution, although I'm sure it's good, because I didn't get in any medical trouble while
I was with them. But as far as the Application Process and Customer Service, why, I was
just as pleased as a peach.
These guys are great. I always seem to have a hard time finding a reliable company that
you can really trust and doesn't have so many hidden things you don't know about! The best
thing about them is their customer service. Everyone is so friendly and they all take care
of you! If you have a issue they resolve it very fast which is amazing! The process to
apply is simple and they make everything just so easy! I definitely wouldn't have anything
bad to say about them. If you are looking for a legit reputable agency I think that this
would be a great insurance agency!
I've used Hunt Insurance Agency for about 2 years now after switching from a different
Agency due to the fact that they were just ridiculous. I am so far happy. I have not come
across any problems at all. I also do not have any intentions on leaving this agency.
After having my car insurance switched to this I am able to do things with a lot more
convenience everything is able to be done online making it a whole lot easier. It makes
me feel relieved that the employees are helpful and are able to answer most of my
questions. I so far have no complains and I'm overall pleased with this insurance agency.

I have been quite pleased with Hunt Insurance Agency overall. There were a few minor
issues with customer service in the past, which seem to have been resolved, since then.
The issues stemmed from long hold times, but as I've mentioned that has since been
resolved.
I have still gave a 5 star rating due to the fact that everything else that Hunt Insurance
Agency does is right on track. Rates are very reasonable, and completing the application
process was easy and very intuitive. I like the fact that I can view much of my account
information online and that there is now very competent and caring customer service
whenever I need to talk to someone about an issue or a claim, for example. I recommend
this insurance provider.
