I applied for Zeiler insurance in 2008 when I got my first motorcycle. The company I go
through for car insurance refused to insure it so I had to look elsewhere. Zeiler was
recommended to me by a colleague who also owns a Harley. The application process was easy,
although it took a couple of days for approval. I got into a little accident involving
another bike and a car in 2010. Zeiler was prompt in sending a rep out to assess the
damages and so forth. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and since the accident
wasn't my fault, my premiums didn't go up. Zeiler has done everything it promised it to do
thus far. 5/5 stars.
My second home in Chicago has a boat dock and we store our Bayliner there, so we needed
good boat insurance. Zeiler Insurance Services has been a good company to work with and I
would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and fair boat insurance. The
customer service is quick and responsive, never a wait or hold time. Always friendly and
ready to help, they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Mailed
documentation is easy to understand and streamlined. The application process was simple
and easy to complete in a short amount of time. Highly recommended to friends and family.
When I applied for Zeiler Insurance Agency I had really high hopes for this company and
how they treat their customers. All my friends recommended me this company and I decided
to sign up with them for my insurance. Everything went great in the beginning. The sign up
was easy and clear and so was the application process. That is until I finally had to call
the customer service about a question I had and I was rudely disrespected for not
following a certain clause that was on the contract. I had totally forgotten about it and
there was no need for them to treat me with disrespect because I didn'€™t remember it. I
feel offended by this company even though everything else seems to be in check like my
friends said.
I have been with Zeiler Insurance Services for a little over four years now and I have no
complaints. I use Zeiler Insurance for my car and they have some of the best policies.
Other companies promise everything under the sun and don't deliver but this is not the
case.The customer service may be the best I have ever had although the application process
took a little to long for me. I have had no problems so far and I don't expect any from
this Insurance company. I have been a faithful customer and will continue to be since
Zeiler's is a faithful company
I went through about a half dozen insurance companies in about a three year span when I
came across Zeiler Insurance. I've been very pleased with them the past few months, even
when reporting claims. Especially considering the rate is extremely competitive. The
application process is fairly simple and you don't have to run after them. The customer
service is again very efficient and highly responsive. They satisfied all my concerns with
utmost care. I think their response is as prompt as one can imagine and they reach out to
help you. I don't think I could ever be happier. I would recommend this company to all my
friends who are in search of responsible and caring insurance services.
