Bank removed auto loan from credit report due to co borrower filing

My co-borrower on our auto loan filed chapter 7. The bank removed the auto loan from my credit report and disabled my online login access. When I telephoned them they stated it was due to the automatic stay. I did not file bankruptcy and this had a negative impact on my credit score. He also did not claim the car loan on the bankruptcy. The bank is refusing to put the loan back on my report. What are my rights? I feel it unjust that I will continue to pay a loan without receiving the positive credit rating.… show moreshow less
