To accept money sent to you through email you will need to enroll in the payment service the transfer was made with. You should be able to do that through a link provided in the email. When you enroll, you will link a bank account and the money will go there. The process may differ depending on which service was used to make the transfer, but instructions should be provided in the email you received.
