You can reset the PIN for your Chase debit card by calling 1-800-935-9935 and requesting a replacement mailer to be sent to you with a new PIN or by visiting your local Chase branch and resetting it with the assistance of a personal banker.

Unfortunately there's no way to reset the PIN for your Chase debit card online.
