You can no longer get the Chase Liquid prepaid card because it's been discontinued.
Chase replaced it with a checking account called Chase Secure Banking, which has many of the same features but requires the customer to open a Chase bank account.
Chase will use information in ChexSystems to determine your eligibility for opening an account. ChexSystems will help Chase determine if an applicant meets the qualification standards for a new bank account or not.
ChexSystems is almost like a “credit bureau” for banks. They operate in the same manner as the credit reporting agencies, like TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. However, instead of providing credit data, they offer consumer reports that include historical data for checking and savings accounts.
