I have same issue with my account issued by Green Dot. The bad thing is that they really don't care what happens to you. My account is frozen since two weeks and i have sent the documents many times before they confirm they have received it. even so the account is still frozen. I'm advising to stop using these cards. They will tell you "we are so sorry" while you are evicted for not paying your rent because of them
They are scammers I sent my id 100 times and they keep saying they never got it. I verfied everything on my account and when they finally got my id they said 2 busy days to verify the email i sent it from. Im calling a personal attorney in the AM. Its now been 4 days by day 11 yalls ass is grass! Also this is month 11 of 12 for my 100 cash back reward. Quite ironic!!
