Your unemployment benefits should be directly deposited on your Chase bank account linked to your debit card after about 10 days after your application is received.
If you haven't received your benefits after that time, you should contact your local unemployment office. They will be able to provide you with information as to whether or not your payment has been processed and what to do if your payment is delayed or there's been some kind of issue.
