Hi! Thanks for writing! I am assuming that you are asking about ways to pay regular people rather than wiring money overseas like you would do using Western Union. To pay someone for tickets they paid for that you owe half, for example, or for paying your roommate half the electric bill, etc., you can use one of the many payment vehicles out there. My kids and I personally use Venmo, which is a subsidiary of Paypal. If you pay from your bank to another bank, as of this writing, there are no fees. If you use a credit card you do pay a fee.
