It's hard to predict what credit cards will offer a $1,000 credit limit without knowing more about your credit history.
Lenders typically do not disclose the credit limits they offer applicants. They also consider a variety of different factors when establishing credit limits, including your debts and disposable income. You can learn more from WalletHub’s article on how credit limits are determined.
With that being said, your best bet is to simply apply for a credit card that your credit standing indicates you can get approved for. Alternatively, you can place a refundable security deposit of $1,000 on a secured credit card. This amount determines your credit limit.
