All of these credit cards give 3% cash back, or more, on some types of purchases. There is no credit card currently on the market that gives 3% cash back on all purchases. The best flat-rate cash back credit cards typically give 2% cash back on all purchases.

The USALLIANCE Visa Signature Card is 3% cashback on every single purchase & the card has no annual fee which makes it a favorite of mine. Here’s the link https://go.usalliance.org/signature-card-rewards

USAlliance card has no website for credit cards and horrible customer service. Need to pay by mail, no notifications or spending alerts....you cannot even check your balance without calling. In case of dispute, reaching dispute department is not possible, they are closed on Sunday and will not give you provisional credit. Loss of peace of mind is much more costly than the additional 1% so stay away.

It's 3pct for the first year. 2.5 pct after that. 10000/month max purchases then it's 1.5 pct I think. Best card on the market.

The best 3% cash back credit card on all purchases in the U.S. is AOD Visa Signature card and after USALLIANCE Visa Signature card. Only two cards in this class.
AOD card: https://www.aodfcu.com/visa-signature-credit-card/

USALLIANCE Visa Signature Card 3% is a horrible card with no customer service or website. Payment must be done using phone and there are no spending alerts or notifications. You must call their customer service even to find current balance. Forex rate is horrrible, disputes department is closed on Sunday and after-hours so you are on your own outside of those times. They have launched this product without putting support and infrastructure in place - so you lose peace of mind for the additional 1% - better to stay away.
