No, the AAdvantage MileUp Card does not offer travel insurance. The card does, however, offer 1 - 2 miles per $1 spent on purchases and has a $0 annual fee.
A good American Airlines credit card that offers travel insurance is the American Airlines Aviator Red Card. With this card, you get quite a few travel insurance benefits, like:
- Travel accident insurance
- Trip cancellation and interruption coverage
- Baggage delay insurance
- Rental car insurance
There are plenty of other options, though. So, if travel insurance is important for you, check out our picks for the best credit cards for travel insurance.
