The easiest way you can pay your Amazon Business American Express Card is either online or through the Amex mobile app. Alternatively, you can make a payment over the phone at (800) 492-3344 or via mail. American Express allows cardholders to set up automatic payments, too.

- Online: Log in to your online account and click on "Payments."
- Through the mobile app: Log in to your account and select your card, then tap "Make a Payment."
- Over the phone: Call (800) 492-3344 and say “make a payment.” Enter your card information when prompted and your will be connected to a live representative.
