You can get an American Express Blue Card cash advance at participating ATM locations that accept American Express cards. You’ll need your American Express Blue Card and the PIN you received when you opened your account.
To view or change your PIN, log in to your online account and look access the "Card Management" section. Alternatively, you can log in to your account through your Amex app, go to the "Account" tab and then select "Manage Card PIN." Call customer service at (800) 227-4669 if you can’t access your PIN or haven’t already received one.
Keep in mind that cash advances are extremely expensive transactions. The American Express Blue Card charges a 25.49% (V) cash advance APR, which accrues immediately, with no grace period. On top of that, any amount you withdraw will also be subject to a cash advance fee of 5% (min $10). So it’s best to avoid cash advances, unless it’s an emergency.
