What do you get with American Express Entertainment?

American Express entertainment gives you access to presale tickets and special event benefits. Depending on the event you’re trying to attend, your Amex cardholder status could get you access to benefits like meet-and-greets where you can go backstage and meet the performers, discounts on concessions, or dedicated entrances so you can skip the long lines. For the American Express Business Platinum card cardholders, the benefits get even better with invitation-only events. If you’re an American Express Business Platinum card cardholder and want to book an invitation-only event, head to the American Express Entertainment page and click “By Invitation Only.” Then, select the event you’re most interested in. You won’t be able to reserve an event online, but you can call (866) 627-6564 to buy tickets with your American Express Business Platinum card or membership points.

With Amex presale tickets, you can buy tickets for concerts, sports events, and shows before anyone else. You’ll need a Ticketmaster account to purchase your Amex presale tickets, and you’ll have to use your Amex card to pay for the ticket(s). The Platinum Card® from American Express and the Centurion® Card from American Express cardholders can book their tickets directly through the Amex Experiences site.
