The American Express Green Card APR is 20.49% (V) to 28.49% (V) for Amex Pay Over Time purchases. Pay Over Time allows Amex Gold cardholders to finance approved purchases over a specified timeframe, and for a fixed fee. For all other purchases, there is no regular APR, as American Express Green is a hybrid card. This means typically, you are not allowed to carry a balance from month to month.

Other American Express Green APRs include a penalty APR of more than 29% for late payments, and a cash advance APR of 29.74% (V). Note that interest charges on cash advances accumulate daily, starting on the transaction date.
