Before you can transfer points to an Amex Gold transfer partner, you will need to link your desired loyalty program account to your American Express Membership Rewards account. Once they’re linked, visit the Amex Membership Rewards website, and from the “Transfer Points” menu, click “Go.” Then, submit the number of points you want to transfer and verify the transaction from your Amex Gold online account.
In nearly all cases, points transfer to Amex Gold partners’ rewards programs instantly. But for some partners, it may take up to 48 hours.
