As far as requirements go, you generally need excellent credit to get approved. That being said, the issuer will check out other things, like your current debt level and your income.
The Arvest Purchasing Card is a pretty good card, if you ask me. Considering the decent intro APR offer but the very low regular APR of 13.24% - 17.24% (V), I understand why you’d want to get it, regardless of where you’re from.
