You could get approved for the Bank of America Secured credit card after bankruptcy, but it's not guaranteed.
If you apply for this card immediately after being discharged from bankruptcy, chances are you will be denied. Give it at least a few months before trying. The last thing you want to do is to further damage your credit with an unsuccessful application.
The good thing is, that you can apply for BoA's secured credit card with bad credit. If you get approved, you'll have the much needed chance to improve your credit score, because this card reports to the three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Experian and Equifax.
