The Bank of America student credit cards don't have maximum credit limits, but their minimum credit limit for student cards is $500, according to a Bank of America customer service representative. That means if you're approved for a Bank of America student card, whether it's the BankAmericard for Students or either of BofA's rewards cards for students, the lowest credit limit you'll get is $500.
Bank of America currently has 3 credit cards for students: the Bank of America Cash Rewards Credit Card for Students, the Bank of America Travel Rewards Credit Card for Students, and the BankAmericard® Credit Card for Students. All 3 cards require only limited credit history for approval.

Cardholders report initial BankAmericard for Students credit limits of about $500. However, the issuer, Bank of America in this case, is likely to grant credit limit increases after at least 6 months of responsible use.
The limit may appear modest, but in general, student credit cards come with lower credit limits than other consumer cards. Issuers determine a card’s credit limit on an individual basis based upon your credit score, income, monthly expenses, and existing debt levels.
