• How much is covered: The extended warranty coverage will pay for repairs or replacements of eligible items for no more than the original purchase price. The maximum payout is $10,000 per claim.

To make a Bank of America purchase protection claim, call (888) 221-3289 or visit the Card Benefit Services website within 60 days of the theft or damaging incident. To file a claim for stolen items, you must file a police report within 48 hours of becoming aware of the theft.
