The Green Dot primor Visa Gold Secured Credit Card is pretty good. Security deposit starts from $200. It's fast and easy to apply for and will help build up your credit score.

Plenty of secured credit cards have no processing fee. Credit One have pretty good ones, but you can easily count on Opensky.
