The best IHG credit card offer is the IHG Rewards Club Premier credit card. It offers 80,000 initial bonus points when you spend $2,000 in your first three months. Also, your fourth night is free any time you redeem points for a hotel room stay of four or more consecutive nights.
The Premier also earns 10 points per $1 spent on any stay at one of IHG’s more than 5,200 hotels worldwide and a 20% discount on all points purchases with your card. In addition, you’ll earn automatic Platinum status and a free night’s stay at select IHG properties after your account anniversary.
Through IHG’s partnership with Chase Ultimate Rewards, the Chase Sapphire Preferred and Reserve cards earn a 50,000 point bonus for spending $4,000 in your first 3 months. That’s worth $625 and $700 in reward points, respectively. Chase Ultimate Rewards transfer at a 1:1 ratio to IHG Rewards. The Reserve also earns 3 points per $1 spent on dining and restaurants; 2 points with the Preferred.
If you only stay at IHG occasionally, you can go with the less expensive IHG Traveler, which also includes the free fourth night discount.

The IHG Rewards Club Premier and Traveler cards were introduced as replacements for the discontinued IHG Rewards Club Select card. IHG’s lower-tier Traveler card offers 60,000 initial bonus points when you spend $2,000 in the first three months, which are worth $480 toward travel purchases.
The Traveler shares many of the same features as the Rewards Club Premier, including 5,000 points for adding an authorized user, 20% discount on purchases and the Fourth Night Free benefit. It’s also $60 cheaper, charging only a $29 annual fee.

Rewards Club Premier, hands down. Considering IHG keeps "swallowing" other chains, it'll be very easy to get that initial bonus.
