Any purchase amount of $250 or more paid with a Big Lots credit card qualifies for a minimum of 6 months deferred interest financing. This is independent of how long you have had the card, the nature of your purchase or whether you choose to split your purchases between multiple payment accounts (but at least $250 MUST be paid for with your Big Lots card).
All purchases less than $250 are subject to 29.99% variable APR, though your store or market region may run additional credit card promotions offered by the card issuer.
The Big Lots Credit card intro APR offer only lasts for the first 6/12 months. If your new purchase is still within that period, then you should still be able to take advantage of it.
With that said, you might be able to get other offers if you go in store and ask, for existing as well as new customers.
