No, the American Express Blue Business Plus points don't expire. That's one of the perks of being on the American Express network, your points won't just go away.
However, your American Express Blue Business Plus points can be forfeited when you close your account or when your account is closed due to inactivity. In the latter case, though, you will have 90 days to redeem points before losing them.
