Yes, you can pay your Capital One credit card bill at Walmart, but only if you have a Walmart® Store Card or a Walmart Credit Card. If it’s any other Capital One credit card, you can only pay the bill by using MoneyGram, which is located inside most Walmart stores.
MoneyGram allows Walmart customers to pay lots of bills in-store, including Capital One credit card bills. You will need to provide the company name (in this case, Capital One), your credit card number, your I.D., and cash. MoneyGram does not accept other forms of payment for in-person transactions.
