No, you cannot use your Sunoco Gas Card everywhere. This card can be used at every major U.S. fuel station, over 5,000 Sunoco stations and 45,000 service locations, too.

Keep in mind, though, that Sunoco Gas Card only offer rewards when you use it at Sunoco locations. This way, you can save up to 6¢ / gallon per gallon.
