The best Golf Galaxy credit card is either of the two Dick’s Sporting Goods cards: the ScoreRewards Store Card or the ScoreRewards Mastercard. There’s no credit card specifically for Golf Galaxy, but since Dick’s Sporting Goods owns Golf Galaxy, its credit cards will earn you rewards at both stores, plus Field and Stream.
You can apply online or at a Dick’s Sporting Goods branch. Just go to a register or customer service desk and ask for an application. You’re also supposed to be able to apply by texting “APPLY” to 51901. But the application link you receive in response seems to be broken at the moment. You could be approved instantly with any of these application methods. And which card you get will be determined by your creditworthiness.
Here are the two versions of a Golf Galaxy credit card:
- ScoreRewards Credit Card: You can only use this card at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, and Field and Stream. No annual fee. 2 points per $1 on all purchases (both in-store and online). High APR. This card requires fair credit.
- ScoreRewards Mastercard: You can use this card anywhere that accepts Mastercard. No annual fee. 2 points per $1 for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Field and Stream purchases, and 1 point per $3 everywhere else. High APR. This card requires good credit.
Though Golf Galaxy doesn’t have its own credit card, you can still get plenty of perks with the Dick’s Sporting Goods ScoreRewards cards. And if you’re looking for other good credit cards for golf rewards, consider Chase Sapphire Preferred for its special access to PGA events or Amex Premier Rewards Gold for its free Preferred Golf membership.

Well, there's no specific Golf Galaxy credit card, at least not anymore. But you can get a ScoreRewards card, and it'll work there just fine.
