To cancel a Capital One SavorOne card, call customer service at 1 (800) 227-4825. A customer service representative will guide you through the process. You can also cancel from your online account. Click the “I Want To...” link at the top of the page. From the account services menu, select “Close Account.” You won’t have to pay off an outstanding balance at the time you cancel, but you will have to make at least the minimum payment due until you’ve paid off the entire balance.
You will lose any unused rewards when you cancel a Capital One SavorOne card so make sure you redeem any rewards you've earned before you close the account.
