To cancel a capital one SavorOne credit card application, call customer service at 1 (800) 227-4825. If you applied online, you can only cancel by phone. Note that you may have very little time to cancel an online application before it processes. Once an application is processed, you will be unable to cancel. If you submitted an application by mail, you may have up to 10 business days to call customer service and cancel the application.

If you’re unable to cancel your capital one SavorOne credit card application, you can always close the account as soon as your receive the card. However, your credit score will still take a slight hit from the hard pull on your account when you applied.
