You can cancel your Surge Credit Card by calling (866) 449-4514 or by sending a written request to the correspondence address found on your monthly statement.
Before canceling, make sure to pay down any outstanding balance you might have on the card. This way, you won’t be charged interest after closing the account.
@nanulijohn: Hello Evelyn, as I called that number I still couldn't speak with a live agent. It kept asking me the last 4 digits of my card number and my SS #. I was to paranoid to give them this due to them possibly activating my card. As they said they will place to a live agent, the calls drop. Anyway, I did some research and found this number.... 1-866-513-4598 and the first ring was a live agent name Katherine. She was very helpful & she ask me some questions to verify myself and the card. Then the final question was, "Why do you want to cancel your card?" I told her, "I didn't want to pay the $99.00 activation fee." She said, you will be credited the fee and your card will be canceled and it wouldn't hurt my credit score. I said Awesome and thank you Katherine.
Thank you for this information, Evelyn. They sent me a card with a $99.00 yearly fee. I called the number on back of the card, but it wouldn't let me connect with a live agent. Thanks again.
