Unlike some issuers, Capital One doesn’t have any credit cards that are co-branded with specific airlines. So, all their miles cards will give you general miles that can be used anywhere, rather than miles in an airline’s loyalty program. You can spend these miles at a rate of 1 cent each toward travel, either when you book or afterward as a statement credit. And the cards come with some other nice perks too.

The Capital One Spark Miles for Business lets you earn 50,000 miles for spending $4,500 in the first 3 months. And you get 2 miles per $1 spent on all purchases. There’s an annual fee of $0 intro for 1st yr, $95 after. It requires at least good credit.
The Spark Miles Select Card offers 20,000 miles for spending $3,000 in the first 3 months. It also gives 1.5 miles per $1 on all purchases. There’s an intro APR on purchases of 0% for 9 months and an annual fee of $0. It requires at least good credit.
As you can see, these cards give some pretty big mile bonuses, so it makes sense that they require good and excellent credit. On top of their rewards, some of these credit cards also give other perks like rental car insurance and extended warranty. Plus, none of the cards charge foreign transaction fees, making them great for international use.
