You can do a Capital One Journey cash advance to your bank account, by using your card at an ATM and performing a cash advance. Then, you can deposit this cash into your bank account. Several banks allow deposits through ATMs and you may also be able to make your deposit at a branch.
Having said that, it is also worth noting that cash advances with a credit card are costly transactions and should be reserved for emergencies only. More specifically, Capital One Journey comes with a 3% (min $10) cash advance fee. There’s also a separate cash advance APR of 26.99% (V) that applies as soon as you withdraw the cash. There may be ATM-owner fees, too.
