Capital One Quicksilver doesn’t come with a cash advance PIN, but you can request one online, from your account at capitalone.com. After being logged in, click on “More Account Settings,” then “Control Your Card,” and finally “Get a Cash Advance.”

You can also get your PIN via Capital One’s automated service (1800 2274825).

In both cases, you have the option to get the PIN immediately by email or text. If not, it will come in 7-10 business days by mail.
