No, you can't get travel miles with the Capital One Platinum Secured card. To be more precise, this card doesn't offer any rewards.

What airlines can you use with Capital One Venture?

You can use most major airlines with Capital One Venture. More specifically, cardholders earn 2 miles / $1 on airfare booked with any airline. Capital One Venture miles can also be used to pay for flights on nearly all airlines. You can do so by booking through Capital One Travel, transferring miles to airline partners, or covering the cost of recent flights.
