When you pay for an eligible car rental with your Capital One Spark card, you’re covered for any damage or theft that may happen.
All you have to do is use your Capital One Spark credit card when you make the reservation and reject the insurance offered by the rental agency.
Not all vehicles are covered by Capital One’s rental car insurance, either. Expensive/exotic/antique automobiles are not covered. Neither are motorcycles, trucks, recreational vehicles or certain vans.
If you need to file a claim, call the Benefits Administrator at 1-800-348-8472 within 45 days of a covered incident.
