There are no store credit cards for bad credit from Capital One. All nine of the Capital One store cards require fair credit or better for approval.
Capital One does have a non-store card for bad credit, though: the Capital One Platinum Secured Credit Card. You can get it with a bad credit score, and there’s a $0 annual fee as well as a $0 foreign transaction fee. You just have to place a security deposit of $49, $99 or $200, depending on your credit history. And you’ll get a $200 starting limit. You can use the Capital One Platinum Secured card at any store that accepts Mastercard.
Overall, there are very few store credit cards for bad credit from any issuer. The most notable is the Fingerhut Credit Account. Fingerhut is an online/catalog retailer.

I was first approved for the Cap. 1 secured card and after 6
months I got approved for Kohl’s, Justice, & Maurices the same day. I've never had even FAIR credit. My credit was below or near 550 when I got all 3 of the retail cards and was barely over 500 when I got the secured card.
