Phone: 1-800-347-2683. You can call this line 24 hours a day with any questions you have about your card or account in general. If you’re located outside of the U.S., you should instead call 1-801-902-3100. The Telephone Device for the Deaf (TDD) number is 1-800-347-7449.
Live chat: If you’d prefer to type out your questions (and get a written record), you can use Discover’s live chat instead. All you have to do is log into your account for this to work.
