Your Shell Gas card number can only be changed by deactivating your old card and requesting a replacement.
If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, or if you simply suspect that it might have been compromised, call 800-331-3703 as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can request a replacement card by logging into your online Citi account. Click on “Replacement Card” in the sidebar, enter the one-time password you receive via text message, provide the additional information requested by Citi and submit your request.
Generally, you have to wait up to 7 business days to receive your replacement card, but you can ask for Express Delivery for a fee of $6.
