The best Chase Freedom Flex benefits are purchase protection, trip cancellation insurance, extended warranties on purchases, and cell phone insurance. The Freedom Flex card also offers rental car insurance and special deals with DoorDash and Lyft.
On top of those benefits, the Chase Freedom Flex card has a $200 bonus for spending $500 in the first 3 months. There’s an introductory APR of 0% for 15 months on purchases, too.
Best Chase Freedom Flex benefits:
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance: Pays up to $1,500 per person and $6,000 per trip when a trip booked with the card is cancelled or cut short because of events out of your control.
Rental car insurance: Reimburses damage to or theft of cars rented entirely using the Freedom Flex card, when you decline the rental agency’s insurance policy.
Extended warranty: Adds 1 year to the existing warranty of eligible items purchased with the card. The item’s existing warranty must be 3 years or less.
Purchase protection: Reimburses you up to $500 per claim and $50,000 per account for items paid for with your Freedom Flex card that are broken, lost or stolen within 120 days of the purchase date.
Cell phone protection: Pays out up to $800 per claim and $1,000 per year for damage to or theft of cell phones, as long as the monthly phone bill is paid with the Freedom Flex card. There’s a maximum of 2 claims in a 12-month period, with a $50 deductible for each.
Free 3 months of DashPass from DoorDash: Provides $0 delivery fees on eligible orders over $12, if you activate this benefit by December 31, 2021.
Extra cash back with Lyft: 5% back on Lyft rides through March 2022.
All in all, the Chase Freedom Flex card has a lot of attractive benefits on top of its generous rewards. Some are limited-time, though, so keep that in mind.

The biggest one's gotta be the 5% cash back. Although you do have to go through their calendar, it's totally worth the extra bonus.
