For payments by overnight mail, send your check or money order to Chase Card Services, 201 N. Walnut Street, De1-0153 / Wilmington, DE 19801. Chase will credit your mail payment the same day, if it’s received before 5 p.m. local time.
In addition, Chase offers several ways to make your Freedom Flex payment other than by mail. You can sign into your account online or though the Chase mobile app to make one-time or automatic payments. You can also pay by phone 24/7 by calling 1 (800) 436-7958. Other payment options are in person at a local Chase branch, or by Western Union. It’s important to know that Western Union payments may take up to 7 days to post to your account; all other payments should post within 1 to 2 business days.
