By Phone: Call 1-877-825-3242 and follow the prompts to have the automated system read your current balance.
By App: Log in to the Credit One app. Your credit card balance will be shown on the home screen.

They can get their refund in the form of a check. Legally, a credit card issuer is obligated to issue a credit balance refund within seven business days of your request for one.
Please note that you are not required to request a credit balance refund if you overpay your Credit One Visa credit card. If you have a negative balance on your account, meaning you’ve paid more than you owe, future purchases will be credited until the balance is back to zero. If you maintain a negative credit balance for six months, Credit One is required to offer you a refund.
You can make a Credit One Bank® Platinum Visa® for Rebuilding Credit payment online, by phone, through the Credit One Bank mobile app, by mail or at a branch. Ways to Make a Credit One Visa Payment
By phone: Call 1-877-825-3242 and enter your card information when prompted.
Online: Log in to your online account and click on “Bill Pay.”
Through the mobile app: Log in to your account and select your card, then tap “Bill Pay.”
By mail: Send a check or money order (but not cash) to Payment Services/ P.O. Box 60500/ City of Industry, CA 91716-0500. Make sure to send it early enough that it will arrive by the due date. Write your credit card number on the check, too.
At a branch: You can make a payment at any Credit One Bank branch during normal business hours.
Include your credit card number on your payment to avoid any processing delays.
Allow enough time for Credit One Bank to receive your payment on or before the due date, or it will be considered late.
Credit card payments by mail take the longest to process of all the available payment methods. Alternatively, you can submit a payment from your online account, through the Credit One Bank mobile app, or by calling customer service at 1 (877) 825-3242. Credit One Bank also allows in-person payments at local Credit One Bank branches.
