Cardholders can request an OpenSky credit balance refund: by phone (1-800-859-6412) or by sending a written request to

They can get their refund in the form of a check. Legally, a credit card issuer is obligated to issue a credit balance refund within seven business days of your request for one.
Please note that you are not required to request a credit balance refund if you overpay your OpenSky credit card. If you have a negative balance on your account, meaning you’ve paid more than you owe, future purchases will be credited until the balance is back to zero. If you maintain a negative credit balance for six months, Capital Bank is required to offer you a refund.
You can make OpenSky credit card payments online or through the mobile app (for iOS and Android). You can also pay your credit card bill by mail or by calling OpenSky customer service at (800) 859-6412.
Here's how to make an OpenSky payment:

By phone: Simply call (800) 859-6412 and make a payment through the automated system. Payments made through the automated phone system are free, but if you choose to make a payment through a customer service agent, there will be a $10 fee.

Alternatively, you can set up recurring monthly payments by signing up for Auto-Pay through your online account or via the OpenSky mobile app, both on iOS and Android devices. Just select the "Payment Services" tab and from the drop-down menu you have the option to set up recurring online payments by linking your bank account to your OpenSky.
You can pay your monthly bill electronically, by check or money order. There are more options for funding your security deposit, however: debit card, check, money order or wire transfer. Hope this helps.
