The Citi Double Cash card's APR in the first year is 18.74% - 28.74% (V), based on your creditworthiness.

But this card does offer a transfer intro APR of 0% for 18 months for balances transferred within 4 months of account opening. This offer comes with a balance transfer fee of 3% intro fee ($5 min) for each transfer in first 4 months, after that 5% ($5 min) for each transfer.

Keep in mind that if you transfer a balance, interest will be charged on purchases unless you pay your entire balance (including balance transfers) by the due date each month.
