Credit card payments by mail take the longest to process of all the available payment methods. Alternatively, you can submit a payment from your online account, through the Citibank mobile app, or by calling customer service at 1-800-842-6596. Citibank also allows in-person payments at local Citibank branches.
Online: Log in to your online account and click on “Make a Payment”. Then, choose how much to pay, when to pay it, and where the payment is coming from. After that, confirm your choices and submit your payment.
Through the mobile app: Download the app for Android or iOS. Then, log in to your account and select your card. After that, tap “Make a Payment” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Overt the phone: Call (800) 950-5114 or the number on the back of the card and enter your card information when prompted. Then, follow the automated prompts to make a payment.

At a Citibank ATM: You can make a payment at a Citibank ATM. Citibank ATMs will accept cash payments up to $3,000 per credit card account per calendar month.
You should note that paying your credit card bill by regular mail takes the longest. Make sure to send it at least 7 days before the due date, so that it won’t be late. Write your name and credit card number on the check, too.
You can no longer pay your Citi credit card in a branch.
