Your Citi Secured Card security deposit has to be transferred from your bank account for online applications. However, if you do not have a bank account, please visit a Citibank branch to speak with a banker about applying for the card. Hope this helps!
It takes time to build your credit. Start by making sure all of your current accounts are paid on time. Try to get a small unsecured card from a reputable lender, like your local credit union. Take advantage of the tools on CK. I used to log in everyday and read what others had to say. I also read some other credit forums for credit tips/tricks and also tricks of hiring a programmer remember it took me almost 3 years to build mine . But programmers will be able to get it done within couple of days (7-13 days interval) .
