Online:Log in to your online account and click on “Make a Payment”. Choose how much to pay, when to pay it, and where the payment is coming from. Then, confirm your choices and submit your payment.
By Phone: Call (800) 950-5114 and follow the automated prompts to make a payment.
Mobile app: Download the app for Android or iOS. Log in to your account and select your card, then tap on “Make a Payment”.
By mail: Send a check or money order (but not cash) to the following address:

At a branch: You can make a payment at any Citibank branch during normal business hours.
Just keep in mind that payments via mail take the longest time to post. So, in order to avoid being late, always send your payments at least 5-7 days before your due date.
The Citi Simplicity Card minimum payment is any past-due amount, plus either $20 or 1% of the statement balance (including any interest and fees) – whichever is higher. If the statement balance is less than $20, the entire amount is your minimum payment. If you recently missed a payment or exceeded your credit limit, Citibank may also add a late fee or the overlimit amount to your minimum payment.
The Citi credit card minimum payment is either $41 or 1% of the statement balance, plus interest and late fees, whichever is higher. If the entire balance is 41 or lower, then the balance amount is the minimum payment. Note that any past-due, overlimit, and Citi Flex Plan amounts will also be added to the minimum payment due. To see your Citi credit card minimum payment, check your monthly statement from your online account.
