To get a Citibank replacement card, log in to your online account, use the Citi Mobile App, or call customer service at 1 (800) 950-5114. There is no fee to get a Citibank replacement card, which should arrive within 4 - 7 business days.
How to Get a Citibank Replacement Card Online
- Log in to your Citibank card’s online account.
- Click the "Services" tab.
- Select the "Card Services" menu.
- Click the link to Replace Card.

You can request a Citibank replacement card if your current card is stolen, lost or damaged. You don’t have to request a Citibank replacement card if your current card is about to expire, though. Citibank will automatically send a new card before the current card expires. Contact customer service if you have not received a replacement card by the expiration date.
